General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services provided by the law firm Berkhli, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

2. Conclusion of Contract
A client-attorney relationship is only established upon acceptance of a specific mandate offer. Offers or consultations outside of an existing mandate relationship are non-binding.

3. Scope of Services
The law firm Berkhli provides its services in accordance with legal regulations and based on the client's instructions. The success of specific legal actions cannot be guaranteed.

4. Remuneration
Remuneration is based on the statutory provisions of the German Lawyers' Compensation Act (RVG), unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices are payable without deduction upon receipt.

5. Liability
The liability of the law firm Berkhli is limited to intent and gross negligence. For ordinary negligence, the firm is only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations.

6. Client Obligations
The client is obliged to provide the firm with all information and documents necessary for the processing of the mandate, fully and in a timely manner.

7. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the privacy policy of the law firm Berkhli.

8. Final Provisions
If any provision of these GTC is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. German law shall exclusively apply.
